Dear Reviewer
Thank you for agreeing to help. We wish to ask you to simply review the following series of ultrasound images that are representative of images saved during the remote mentoring series. You will be shown two images of Morrison's pouch (Images 1+2), and the anterior chest of a human volunteer (Images 3+4), from each test subject. For each of these images we ask you to answer just a few questions that follow the image. We believe this should take just a few minutes of your time.
In general we will be asking you to rate the visualization of the images using a 1 to 5 Likert type scale, with 5 being good diagnostic quality and 1 conveying no useful information.
Please rate your clinical impression of each scan using the 1-5 scale 5 = best, 1=worst.
5 | 4 | 3 | 2 | 1 |
Good Diagnostic Quality | Moderate Diagnostic Quality | Fair Diagnostic Quality | Some Grossly Useful Information | No Useful Diagnostic Information |
e.g. organ parenchymal detail visualised | e.g. can R/O significant hydronephrosis or abdominal fluid | e.g. only gross pathology | e.g. some organ margins visualised |
